SARAYA’s Foam Technology, Winner at the 70th Industrial Technology Awards
SARAYA Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have won the 70th Industrial Technology Awards sponsored by the Osaka Industrial Research Association, in Japan, for the development technology of our foam hand soap with excellent foam quality, fragrance and dispenser compatibility. The Industrial Technology Award is a historic award given to engineers who have made great achievements in industrial research and invention, improving technology.
Saraya Co., Ltd has been working on various researches and developments that contribute to global hygiene and health at its own the Biochemical Research Center in Osaka since 1952, when we developed Japan's first medicated soap solution with special dispensers which sterilized and disinfected while washing hands, preventing infectious diseases such as dysentery in the post World War II Japan.
Although recommended to do proper hand-washing for about 30 seconds to prevent infections and food poisoning, this is often shortened in our daily lives. Our Bio-Chemical Research Institute has developed a "hand soap that makes handwashing fun and comfortable" by combining soap with Soforo, a unique SARAYA natural cleaning ingredient, creating a delicate and soft foam. In addition, we have created through groundbreaking technology a unique formula that allows changes in fragrance over time by carefully washing your hands for over 20 to 30 seconds, working as a guideline for proper hand-washing time. Lastly, we also achieved to develop a liquid agent that stably discharges without clogging automatic dispensers. These three original technologies were highly evaluated and led to this award.
These three original technologies that were highly evaluated and led to this award, are applied to "Wash Bon Prime Foam", our premium line of hand soap, that makes hand washing a comfortable habit with a soft and delicate foam scented with 100% natural essential oils.
The Saraya Biochemical Research Center will continue to work on research and developments that contribute to the prevention of infectious diseases.
